“This is 911 what is your emergency?” “My daughter Lily is missing and she left her purse, wallet, and phone at home!” Lily Aramburo, a close friend of the family went missing on June 1, 2007. Everyone misses her dearly, including me. Just imagine having a friend that comes to your house almost every day and then suddenly disappears.

The next year we held the first candlelight vigil at Peacock Park in Coconut Grove for the first anniversary of the day she disappeared. My sister and my friend Havana and I released butterflies in Lily’s memory. A lot of people came along with Power 96 and some people from the church donated water. My mom and I cut out butterflies, then we decorated them. Everyone signed it and we placed them on a poster board. Some people donated money. Money was donated because no one in the news had picked up the story so we were raising money for a billboard. Everyone was furious with that result. It is four years later and Lily is still missing.
Friends, please remember to tune in to Investigation Discovery on Monday December 12, 2011 at 9pm (Eastern time), Lily’s case will be featured on the show “Disappeared“.

I am watching disappeared now and am so sorry for what you are going through 🙁 I have two daughters myself and just cannot imagine the anguish you must feel. I'm so glad that you have not given up and will pray that lily is found!
If someone fails a polygraph twice, surely the police should exhaust their investigations on that person! So frustrating, I hope she is found and justice is done
That dirt bag of a boyfriend cell phone records might have the answer or one of his friends. If they made any calls they should be able to see what cell phone tower was used.
Hi, my name is Nichole and I just finished the episode on Dissapeared. I would love to help in any way that I can and show support. I will forward the story via Facebook. Good to see you aren't giving up. I will continue to follow her story and pray that someone will have answers. Take care.
It seems like the baby daddy knows more.. Keep praying.. God will answer your prayers! I'm a mom I would never walk out with identification or a phone! It seems like everytime a moM goes missing … The male says.. " she just left " when will cops realize that's a tired excuse . A lie. An act of deception!! Come on she was way to pretty to leave!!! Why didnt she call her mom to come get her or anyone!!! Come On Cops use that blue stuff to check the house !! For DNA or blood!! Whoever was at that house knows something!!
My prayers for you too. It's sad that this kind of thing happen around us but reading your story opens up a lot of points for me. Thank you for this inspiring post.
I feel the same, Christian is guilty!! He either did something to her or knows something! My heart goes out to her mother and friend and of course her son. My hopes and prayers ate with you, so sad 🙁
I just watched your episode on discovery ID disappeared and quickly looked up t he blog. I am so sorry you have not been able to find her!!!
So sorry to hear that she's not found yet. My prayers to her mother and son. My eye's will always be open.
I hope and pray all of you will get the anwers YOU have been hoping and praying for. I just watched the show disappeared. Its been such a long time……too long….i am so sorry for all of you
The focus is on the wrong person. Christian failed the polygraph test regarding the question of knowing what happened to her, does not mean he killed her, this could mean he had witnessed what happened to her. If the part of Lilly being jealous while high is true the two females (Lilly and Kelly) could have fought and things might have went too far. They all might be covering things up. I would polygraph Kelly.
Im watching disappeared right now and its so sad. My condolences go to lilys family. She will never be forgotten
