1st Annual Safety Awareness Event & Candlelight Vigil in honor of Lilly Aramburo

On Sunday, June 1st, 2008, Justice in Miami, Subliminal Pixels Lab and PK Graphics, sponsored a community safety event on the 1 year anniversary of Lilly Aramburo’s disappearance. The event was a success!

We listened to live music courtesy of Power 96. Safety information and ID kits were handed out to parents and children. Guests signed in to receive their ribbon and candle. We had the beautiful “Lilly” line of hats and headbands, for sale. They were designed and donated courtesy of Maggie’s Rose. You can see my girls and Havanna in the video wearing their hats. Everyone had something nice to say about them! If you’d like more information on the “Lilly” line, please feel free to go to the Maggie’s Rose website or contact us.

The butterfly ceremony/meditation was amazing. You could see the butterflies landing on our fingers and hands and the prayer flags in the background, blowing in the wind, releasing prayers for Lilly and all beings. A poem was read by Renea, Maya Angelou’s “Touched by an Angel”. And I read an excerpt from The Way of the Boddhisattva by Shantideva. We have a video clip of that below.

As a sign of solidarity with families of missing loved ones everywhere, Pastor Tony Isaacs led a special prayer. Our intention was that as each individual candle was added to the whole, it showed victims and their loved ones that there is a ray of hope.

All of the efforts were dedicated in honor of missing persons and victims everywhere, specifically, Lilly Aramburo, Heather “Kitty” Riggio, and Jennifer Kesse. Our aspiration is that they receive justice and the attention they deserve.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to our volunteers, (in no special order) Vivian, Renea, Sara, Delilah, Jamie, Hope Movement, the volunteers from Christ Fellowship, Pastor Tony Isaacs and all those who desire not to be mentioned (you know who you are!!) Thank you to our internet activists, our bloggers and friends in demanding justice…
And last but not least, a big hug and my sincere thanks to Bagua

THANK YOU! Your love and support helps us get through these difficult times. We stand with you in pride and gratitude. May you always live in truth and peace.

Although we had media present, only one channel and it’s affiliate played it on the news. Here is that clip from the vigil http://cbs4.com/video/?id=55873@wfor.dayport.com

Memo To Miami Homicide Detectives

The latest post about Lilly’s disappearance and the Miami Dade Police Department by Susan Murphy Milano on War on Crime.

Today, a meeting took place with Detective Mancha, Miami Police Department who is assigned to the missing person case of Lilly Aramburo.

I mean no respect to the men and women with the Miami Police Department who work around the clock to fight and solve crime on the street of Miami. I decided to post a memo regarding Lilly Aramburo.

TO: Detective A mancha:

FROM: Susan Murphy Milano

RE: Lilly Aramburo

Allow me to assist you in your job pertaining to the investigation into the disappearance of
Lilly, a woman and mother, who did not just “vanish” !

In your meeting today with Lilly’s family you stated the need for the vehicle identification number for the 2005 Black SUV Escalade owned by one Christian Pacheco. I believe that is your responsibility to contact the Florida departments of motor vehicles and obtain that number. Or obtain the various traffic violations of Christian Pacheco between November of 2006 through May of 2007 and it will provide you with that vehicle number.

Or you can check the following vehicle tags here are the numbers:

Florida Tag # TZ192G
Florida Tag # 45988L

One of the above vehicle tags will provide you with the vin number you need.

The 2005 Escalade also had a GPS system in the car. With the vin number you can contact the folks at Onstar and have them trace the last known area this car was in. And just maybe you will find it and locate Lilly Aramburo. Records indicate Christen Pacheco did not total his SUV. He did not make an insurance claim on this vehicle. He left shortly after
filling a missing persons report that sat on someone’s desk. A few days later he told people he was in an accident and totaled the car. Totally false!

Charge card records between 5/2/07 through 6/11/07 may provide important information.
The charge card records will help you with the time line.

In addition, the couple filed for a marriage license on 4/25/2007. Christen Pacheco was the last person to see Lilly Aramburo alive. Perhaps go to a judge and obtain a search warrant at head over to Christen Pacheco’s residence and you just might find important blood evidence on the carpet and in various spots throughout the condo. Lilly’s blood type can be checked against hospital records and records from St. Luke’s rehab center.

I am available to assist you any way possible. There are red flags all over this case. And they point in only one single direction. My email address is contact@movingoutmovingon.com

GOVERNOR CHARLIE CRIST: HELP US FIND LILLY ARAMBURO!

Please read the latest story discussing Lilly’s case below. Please go to the link on the title of this post. Visit the site and COMMENT,COMMENT, COMMENT!! We need everyone to COMMENT, PLEASE. Additionally, please email Governor Charlie Crist. Ask him to help bring our Lilly home!

Please listen to the radio show. According to former FBI/Criminal Profiler, Clint Van Zandt, “there are interesting parallels to the Stepha Henry Case (a college graduate who disappeared in May) and took local authorities in Miami to the first of the year to get their investigation together.” He goes on to say that it’s WRONG that Lilly’s case is not listed in the NCIC database. He adds “Circumstances are SUSPICIOUS enough that this should raise her as a higher profile potential victim on the radar scope of police”

On April 25, 2007, Our investigation into the Missing Miami Mother Lilly Aramburo and her fiance, Christen Pacheco, found the couple applied for a marriage license on April 25, 2007. Approximately thirty-six days later, Lilly Aramburo, vanished. See details below:

Bride Reside, City:MIAMI
County:MIAMI DADE

Approximately thirty-six days later, Lilly Aramburo, vanished. The last person(s) to see her alive was Miami Businessman, Christen Pacheco and a long time friend by the name of Kelly Rae Starling. Both say that Lilly left her loving future at two in the morning in her pajama’s to go and pick flowers. She had no shoes or slippers on her feet, she left her purse and cell phone in the home she and Christen Pacheco shared. Most of all, she left her one year old son.
The explanation from Christen Pacheco who also heads up a not for profit agency in the State of Florida called Kidz Comfort Zone, Inc., knows what happened that night.
Police have yet to investigate the disappearance of this Miami Mother, Lilly Aramburo. On June 2, 2008 it will be one year since Lilly vanished.
The police have ignored the families pleas to investigate this case, it’s time to take it to Governor Charlie Crist.
I am asking that you take a moment and email the Governor of Florida.
Copy and paste this post and send it to: Charlie.Crist@myflorida.com
And ask him to help us bring Lilly Aramburo home!

Messege from Lilly’s mom after listening to radio show on scaredmonkeysradio.com

Here is a message from Lilly’s Mom, Lucely. She was able to catch the radio show last night where Susan Murphy Milano spoke of her dearly loved and missed, Lilly.
I can’t imagine how much hearing someone finally say her daughter’s name on the radio must have felt like!
To think how incredibly much and how very often she continually walks the streets of Miami, trying to hand out missing person flyers of her Lilly, trying to post them in neighborhood stores and restaurants just to be either denied or to come back the next day and see that they have been ripped down.

But, last night, this complete stranger, not even from her area at all, spoke of Lilly, of wanting to help Lilly, just because…
So glad Lucely was able to catch the show…

“Hi Janet, si escuche el radio last night and was very emotional for me THANK YOU FOR LOVING MY LILLY SO MUCH ,AND FOR YOUR STRENGTH DO ALL THIS WORK PALDEN WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU DID FOR HIS MOM AND US THANK YOU!”

Lilly, My one and only

This was one of Lilly’s favorite songs. (Lyrics by Smashing Pumpkins:)

Lily, my one and only
I can hardly wait till I see her
Silly, I know I’m silly
cause I’m hanging in this tree
in the hopes that she will catch a glimpse of me
and thru her window shade
I watch her shadow move
I wonder if she…….?
Lily, my one and only
love is in my heart and in your eyes
will she or won’t she want him
no one knows for sure
but an officer is knocking at my door
and thru her window shade
I watch her shadow move
I wonder if she could only see me?
and when I’m with her I feel fine
if I could kiss her I wouldn’t mind the time it took to find
My Lily, my one and only
I can hardly wait till I see her
oh Lily, I know you love me
cause as they’re draggin me away
I swear I saw her raise her hand and wave (goodbye)

Susan Murphy Milano’s Journal: The Crime Within The Crime of Lucely “Lilly” Aramburo

I’m so happy to announce that Lilly’s story has been told by by Susan Murphy Milano. Thank you Susan! Thank you, Help Find The Missing! Thanks to everyone who’s joined together to help find and advocate for our sweet Lilly.

It would be extremely helpful if everyone who reads the article would post a comment. The more people comment, the better chances we have to get her story out in a variety of ways. It only takes a moment. Please do it now, for baby Palden’s sake.

We’re trying to get as much attention as possible for the vigil coming up on June 1st. The vigil is going to be a huge safety awareness event. Free ID Kits will be given out to parents. There’s going to be a butterfly dedication. Plenty more details to come soon! The vigil is being sponsored by PK Graphics. They are donating flyers & signs for the event. Maggie’s Rose is another sponsor. They have designed a special line of children’s hats and accessories in Lilly’s memory. And the company I work for Subliminal Pixels Lab is also a proud sponsor. Thank you all!!!

Where is Lilly???

South Florida family asks for help in locating 24 year old daughter, Lucely “Lilly” Aramburo MISSING since June 2007.

Lilly Aramburo NCMA Flyer
For the last nine months Lily Aramburo’s family has struggled to find her. It has been made harder since law enforcement, Miami Dade Police Department has not been helpful in the matter. The last person to see Lily, ex-boyfriend Christen Pacheco, says it was after 2am and they had been arguing and Lily walked out of his condo through the sliding door in the living room, taking nothing but a pair of bungee cords. According to Kelly Starling and Emmanuel DeJesus who were also there, Lily did not take her bag (purse) with money, her cellphone and most interesting her boots. Christen Pacheco told police that Lily had a history of attempting suicide. Lilly has not been seen or heard from ever since. Lilly disappeared from the Kendall area of Miami, the 7800 block of SW 82nd Street, near Dadeland Mall on June 1, 2007.
